Conditions of use: All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
Ordering operates on a Pre-Order basis.
The following are steps on how to order:
1. Take not of the model’s name, series and sizes
2. Upon making your choice, copy down the information and email us at onestoptlcorder@gmail.com
3. Make payment for the item(s) via bank transfer
4. After making payment, email us your name, address, contact number and item’s information again.
5. Order confirmation email will be sent to customer(s) upon successful checkout.
NOTE: Customers are to make successful payment before goods will be delivered.

Customers can expect to receive the items 1-3 weeks after the payment is being made.

Making payment: One Stop TLC currently accepts 1 payment method – Internet/ Bank transfer. (Receipts will be issued electronically when using the method stated.

For payment transfer, we will email you the account number to be transferred to for security reasons.

Please drop us an email/ SMS after making the transfer, indicating the order information number, so that we can verify payment received.

One Stop TLC does not disclose or share customers’ details to any other parties.

Delivery: Upon confirmation of payment and arriving of stocks, deliveries will be made via Singpost and scheduled to reach the customers within 1-3 weeks.

Alternatively, One Stop TLC allows for self collections at the following designated locations:
1. Pasir Ris MRT Station
2. Tampines MRT Station
3. Sembawang MRT Station
4. Yishun MRT Station

To use the self collection options, please specify the location in the email/ SMS after making the transfer, together with the order’s information

Local Delivery
1. Please do note that there will be NO deduction of any amount for any self collection made.
2. For any registered mail made, there will be an addition of SGD 1.00 added to the overall price(s)
3. The mailing fee of SGD 1.00 for each pair of slippers will be waived for orders above SGD 100.

Important Note:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide valid and complete mailing address. One Stop TLC shall not be held responsible for any items lost in mail delivery.

Return Policy:
If wrong products are being delivered to customers, meaning that the products are of different sizes, colours and styles from what is being ordered or products with prominent quality problems, returning of products will be allowed with the following conditions
1. The products have to be returned within 5 days (SG customers) OR 2 weeks (Overseas Customers)
2. Returned products must still be in original packaging and not worn before.
3. Exchange can be made for the same products without extra charges.
4. If the exchanged products are of a higher value, customers will be required to top up the difference.
5. If exchanged for products oflower value, customers will be refunded the difference.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made via Banking transfer unless otherwise requested by the customer to have other forms of arrangement.
Refunds shall be given to the above mentioned scenarios.

Price Revision: One Stop TLC reserves the rights to revise the products’ prices at any time without informing the customers in advance.

Accountability:
One Stop TLC will be responsible for all personal data collected which will be used and processed fairly and lawfully while in our possession and custody.

Specifying purposes:
Personal data collected will not be used for a new purpose unless we obtain consent from our customers. One Stop TLC is the sole owner of the personal identifiable information collected on this site.

Consent:
One Stop TLC will not collect sensitive information from customers. We assure all customers that all personal information collected would be used or disclosed only for the purposes for which it was collected.

Safeguards:
One Stop TLC ensure that appropriate security safeguards are in place to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, copying, use, alteration, accidental loss or theft, destruction or damage.
